Service Description

This Service provides a free, no-account group scheduling tool. Users can create events, share links, and collect availability or RSVPs from participants. The Service is provided free of charge.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If you provide an email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to the events you participate in (such as when a time is finalized); these are not marketing emails.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THIS SERVICE. AS THIS IS A FREE SERVICE, THAT AMOUNT IS ZERO.

No Assumption of Liability

The operator of this Service assumes no liability, past, present, or future, arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to scheduling outcomes, missed events, data loss, or any reliance placed on information provided through the Service. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including event names, descriptions, locations, and meeting links. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through this Service. Do not share sensitive, private, or confidential information through event descriptions or location fields.

Location and Meeting Link Data

When you provide a location for an event — whether a physical address, virtual meeting link, or plain text description — that information is stored and displayed to all participants who access the event link. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any meeting links or addresses you enter. Do not enter confidential meeting credentials that should not be publicly accessible via a shared link.

RSVP and Availability Responses

Availability selections and RSVP responses (Going, Maybe, Can't make it) are visible to all participants with access to the event link. Do not submit false or misleading responses.

Event Data

Events and associated data may be deleted after a period of inactivity. We do not guarantee the availability or permanence of any event data. You are responsible for maintaining your own records.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this Service from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.
